Join the Water is a feature documentary being made by Fair View Films Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 15806100 and whose registered office is 2 Salters Acres, Winchester SO22 5JW (referred to here as “Fair View Films”, “we” or “us”).

We take your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting the privacy of any personal data you give us and we comply with all applicable data protection legislation. We are registered on the public register of data controllers maintained by the Information Commissioner in the UK.

We have a philosophy here about the way we use your consent to be contacted for marketing purposes (if you give us that consent). If you hear from us, we will always aim to be respectful, relevant and appropriate.   • Financial details such as bank details for the purposes of donating to the film’s production

With regard to each of your visits to the Site we may automatically collect the following data:

  • Technical data, including the IP address used to connect your device to the internet, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other app data

  • Data about your visit, including the full URL clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time); pages viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits, interaction data (such as scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs), and methods used to leave the page and any phone number used to contact customer service

Data we receive from other sources

We work with third parties and may receive data about you from them. If you log in to the Site through a social network site (such as Facebook), we may receive personal data about you from the relevant social network site.


WILL WE USE YOUR DATA FOR MARKETING?
